Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

User Content and Inputs
You retain ownership of the inputs (text, data, or materials) you provide to the AI.
AI Outputs
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and modify AI-generated outputs produced through your authorized use of the Services.
However, Apollo retains the right to use anonymized data to improve model performance, ensure compliance, and maintain system integrity.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We protect personal information through encryption and access controls. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described there.

Our Services and AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Apollo’s total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services is limited to the total fees you paid to Apollo in the preceding 12 months.
Apollo is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations described above; in such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Fair Use and Service Limits
To maintain fair access for all users, you agree to:

Avoid automated scraping, excessive API calls, or misuse of AI outputs; and
Comply with our technical restrictions and rate limits.
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse system resources.

Request account deletion.
Upon termination, your license to use AI outputs remains valid, but your access to the platform and related data may cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
